Our Company

Sceptre currently serves dialysis facilities across the United States. Our offices are just outside of Tulsa, OK, and Salt Lake City, UT. The company was founded in 1997 by Gail O’Dell Collins, who serves as company president and CEO. Ms. Collins has worked in healthcare for 30 years and specifically in dialysis since the 1980’s. Her background includes serving as Vice President for a large national dialysis chain, physician practice management, practice financial consulting, Controller and dialysis administrator. She has served on the board of the National Renal Administrators Association.
